It’s been too long! We have missed you and it warms our hearts to reconnect. In fact, we are very pleased to let you in on a little surprise... With a wave of a conceptual napkin and a hearty cheer we can let you know that Dîner en Blanc 2017 will be held at…. We’re joking. Of course, we can’t let you know where the event is being held, that would ruin the surprise and break with one of Diner en Blanc’s most cherished traditions.
However, besides letting you know that the date of our next soiree is Thursday, August 24th, we can let you know that this year…. Guests will be attending one of TWO SECRET LOCATIONS! Taking inspiration from Paris we are committed to re-imaging Vancouver’s Dîner en Blanc this year as more intimate and connected affair. Losing the grandiose production of previous years, we are moving back on grass and keen to provide an occasion that is elegant, charming, and, importantly, centered around our friends and families and the coming together of romantics of heart. With two locations we hope to enhance bonding and connectedness between our guests and lay the foundations for two unique Dîner en Blanc experiences characterized by the incredible people who attend each.
Pedestrian groups will be attending one secret location while bus groups attend the other, so make sure to coordinate with your friends in advance! Wherever you end up, you’ll be helping us to create a unique and ephemeral experience that will never be captured again!
